Culinary Arts Program

Culinary training, meal production, and job placement are the hallmarks of the Los Angeles LGBT Center’s Culinary Arts program. Enrolling up to 100 students a year, the program provides a foundation of French culinary training and skills for students to secure jobs and pursue meaningful careers throughout the Los Angeles restaurant and hospitality sectors. Catering is provided for special events of all kinds, from a continental breakfast buffet for your monthly team meeting to a themed four-course dinner expertly curated by our team, led by Executive Chef Leslie Riley.

When using our spaces for events, you are also welcome to use a caterer of your choosing. See a list of our preferred vendors below. Access to our commercial kitchen for an external caterer can be arranged in some circumstances upon request.
