LOS ANGELES, October 1, 2025—The Los Angeles LGBT Center’s annual Models of Pride LGBTQ+ youth summit returns to the Anita May Rosenstein Campus in Hollywood on Saturday, October 25.
This year’s summit will be hosted by YouTuber and creator Kevin Ninh, widely known as FlawlessKevin. For more than 13 years and with over five million followers, Ninh has built a platform rooted in authenticity and LGBTQ+ visibility, gaining notoriety earlier this year when she documented her journey as a transgender woman in her web series Diaries of a Doll.
“To step into Models of Pride as host is an incredibly meaningful experience,” said host Kevin Ninh. “When I came out as transgender, my grandmother’s immediate love and understanding gave me the support I always longed for. Models of Pride offers that same spirit of acceptance—a space where young people can be celebrated exactly as they are and dream boldly about who they can become.”
Models of Pride is a unique experience curated specifically for LGBTQ+ youth and their friends, parents, and professionals offering nearly 100 activations. This year’s event will return to the Center’s Anita May Rosenstein Campus in Hollywood, where over 600 attendees will gather for a day of activities, workshops, and resources.
“For more than three decades, Models of Pride has been a joyful celebration of LGBTQ+ youth—creating spaces that are safe, affirming, and empowering,” said Los Angeles LGBT Center CEO Joe Hollendoner. “Even in challenging times, what shines through is the brilliance, strength, and leadership of queer and trans young people. This gathering is about honoring that power, uplifting their voices, and ensuring they have every resource to thrive and shape the future.”
Models of Pride will also include gaming lounges, carnival games, and delicious food. All LGBTQ+ youth ages 24 and younger and their friends and families are invited to attend.
The conference also includes the Parents and Professionals Institute (PPI), which offers family members, educators, professionals, and all other adult supporters of LGBTQ+ youth an unparalleled opportunity to connect with others on a similar journey.
