For Youth: LifeWorks Mentoring Program

LGBTQ youth have the opportunity to be matched with a Mentor who will guide them in achieving goals in our five achievement areas: home, health, education, career, and personal development. We train each Mentor with skills to be there for their youth—not as parents or authority figures, but as people who support them in reaching their set-goals and aspirations. The life long bond between a mentee-mentor begins with a 12 month commitment in our program. Learn more about becoming a Mentee or Mentor here.

For Youth and Their Families: RISE Program

This innovative Center program works with youth, parents, caregivers, and professionals to prepare families, organizations, and systems to respond to the needs of LGBTQ+ youth and combat the heterosexism and anti-LGBTQ+ bias that leads to adverse health and mental health outcomes for youth.
